Terms of Use

In force from 1 September 2026. Any earlier text is superseded.

1. Who publishes this website

vaultglimp.com is published by Marc Tremblay, a private individual, of 1405 Masak Ct A, Iqaluit, NU X0A 3H0, Canada, telephone +1 867-979-5911, electronic mail editor@vaultglimp.com. In these terms “the operator” means Marc Tremblay and “you” means the person reading the website.

2. Acceptance

Reading vaultglimp.com means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If any part of them is unacceptable to you, the correct response is to stop reading the website. The terms may be amended; the version in force is the one published here on the day of your visit, and the date at the top is changed whenever the text is.

3. What this website is

VaultGlimp is an independent, non-commercial editorial project about candy, dessert and fruit-themed mobile games listed on the Canadian Google Play storefront. It publishes descriptions, comparisons and opinions written by the operator after installing and playing each title.

The operator is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting for Google LLC, Google Play, Flipline Studios, ZeptoLab, Bart Bonte, King, Pragmatic Play, or any other developer, publisher or brand mentioned anywhere on this website. No commercial relationship exists with any of them, and no fee, commission or consideration is received for any mention, ranking or description.

4. Nothing here is sold

This website sells nothing, offers no subscription, opens no account and takes no order. Titles described here are purchased or installed inside Google Play, under your own Google account and under Google's own terms. A store price quoted on this website is a reference figure copied from the Canadian Google Play listing on the date printed beside it, not an offer by the operator, and it may change at any time. Refunds, chargebacks, family-library settings and every other aspect of a store transaction are handled by Google Play, and the operator has no ability to influence or reverse them.

5. Accuracy, and its limits

Every effort is made to keep the catalogue correct, but the website is offered “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Ratings, review counts, prices, genres and availability change on the store without notice to this website. Editorial judgements — how long a session runs, how steep the opening chapters feel — are opinions formed by one person on one device, and your experience may reasonably differ. Nothing published here is professional, technical, financial or legal advice.

6. Intellectual property

The editorial text, the arrangement of the catalogue, the comparison table, the layout, the stylesheet and the VaultGlimp name and mark belong to the operator and are protected by the Copyright Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. C-42). You may read the pages, print them for personal use, and quote short extracts with a visible credit and a link to the source page. Republishing a whole page, systematic copying, scraping for redistribution and any commercial reuse require written permission.

Game screenshots, icons, titles, characters and logos remain the property of their respective rights holders. They appear here in reduced form, for identification and critical commentary about the titles they depict, and their inclusion asserts no claim over them. A rights holder who objects to a particular image should write to the address in section 1; a documented request is acted on promptly.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure, not to interfere with its normal operation, not to introduce malicious code, not to place automated load on it beyond ordinary reading, and not to use the material here to mislead others about the titles described.

8. Availability

The website is published as a personal project and may be changed, paused or discontinued at any time without notice. No promise is made that it will be reachable without interruption or free of error, and interruptions caused by hosting, the delivery network or your own connection are outside the operator's control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the law applicable in Nunavut, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website, including loss of data or of anticipated benefit, whether the claim is framed in contract, in tort or otherwise. Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, for personal injury or death caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including rights conferred by the Consumer Protection Act, RSNWT (Nu) 1988, c. C-17, as it applies in Nunavut.

10. Links to other services

References to Google Play and to developers' own pages are provided for the reader's convenience. Those services are controlled by other organizations; the operator does not endorse them, cannot review their content continuously and accepts no responsibility for them or for anything you do there.

11. Personal information

This website has no form, no sign-up and no account area, and it collects nothing from you through a page. What is processed technically when a page is served is explained in the Privacy Policy, and the single value this site may write to your browser is explained in the Cookie Notice.

12. Complaints before any claim

If you believe something on this website is wrong or harms you, write first to editor@vaultglimp.com with the address of the page, the passage in question and what you would like corrected. Messages are acknowledged within ten business days and answered within thirty. Both sides agree to attempt this good-faith exchange before beginning proceedings.

13. Governing law and forum

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of the use of this website, are governed by the laws in force in the Territory of Nunavut and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Nunavut, sitting in Iqaluit, have exclusive jurisdiction, save that a consumer resident elsewhere in Canada keeps any right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own province or territory where local law grants it.

14. Severability and entire agreement

If a provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder continues in force. These terms, with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Notice, are the whole of the agreement between you and the operator concerning this website.
